Christopher Warnick / Architecture introduced a two story modern "shed" structure to this site. The tilted plane of the shed roof at once mediates the scale of the adjacent dwellings with the unfolding panorama of the San Andreas mountains beyond. The interplay of large cut-outs and irregularities in the shape of the plan, introduce light to the interiors in unexpected ways, accenting these as primary spaces, creating an "inward focus" in a sprawling development area
